Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. However, we do allow items to be exchanged (with valid reason) within 3 days of receiving the item/s.

Expect your package after 2-4 working days for deliveries within Metro Manila, and 3-4 working days for deliveries around Luzon, and 4-7 days for deliveries to Visayas & Mindanao.

Do you accept SAME-DAY DELIVERY requests?

Yes, we can accommodate same-day delivery requests depending on the availability of the item. We advise that you let us know 1-2 days before you plan to have the item picked up so we can process your order for same-day delivery. Kindly message us with the exact item name and size that you are looking for, so we can assist you accordingly.

Note: This is only applicable to areas that can be accessed by Grab/Lalamove or other same-day delivery couriers.

We accept BPI, BDO, Gcash, PayMaya and Paypal. Paypal charges an additional 5% per transaction.

Yes, we can accommodate cash on delivery requests in selected areas only. We use Gogo Express to facilitate COD delivery requests.
